This is a list of requirements for moving to Github and sunsetting Google Code.
- Move all SCM artifacts from Google Code to Github
- Triage and move all open issues from Google Code to Github (119 open issues as of 7/20/12 some of these will be closed when 2.5 closes)
- Transfer access for committers from Google code to Github. We should probably take this opportunity to clean up commit accessC
